Delivery of samples to the job site
Having trouble deciding on a type of wood? Our team would be happy to bring you samples of wood so you can mix and match colors and wood types with furniture and existing flooring. And if you have any questions, our professionals will be right beside you to make suggestions and offer solutions.
Removal of old flooring and sub-flooring
Replacing flooring can be quite a job, and the customer should never be left with a mess or material to dispose of. That’s why we at Lima’s Flooring take care of this for you. We will not only carefully remove your old flooring and sub-flooring, but will haul it away so you aren’t left with a mess of any kind.

At Lima’s Flooring, we stock mostly solid, unfinished oak flooring, but can easily special order any flooring you desire with a lead-time of 2-4 weeks. Perfection cannot be rushed, and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the material you choose.

Our Process
Site Measurement
Lima’s Flooring offers FREE site measurement at your home and business so that you have an idea of cost and a timeline before moving forward. During the site measurement our team will meet with you to discuss any questions or concerns you might have regarding process, materials, or anything else that comes to mind.
Quote and Approval
Once you’ve received your free site measurement, we will provide you with a quote based on the job details and materials. The quote is free and no commitment, and usually (depending on the size of the project) we can send you a quote the same day! Take as long as you need to decide the direction you would like to go in regards to your flooring project. Of course, our team is just a phone call away and we are always happy to speak with you or even visit with you so that you are completely comfortable with your flooring decision.Order Material
As soon as your quote is approved, we will proceed with ordering the flooring material that was decided on. If you have any questions or would like to check on the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to give us a call!
Schedule Delivery
As soon as your material comes in, we will give you a call to schedule the delivery to your home or business. We know that you will be excited to have your new flooring installed, so we will delivery your flooring materials to you as soon as we possibly can!
Acclimate Flooring
Because hardwood flooring expands and contracts due to humidity, it needs to sit in its installation environment until it reaches the same humidity as its surroundings. Our installation crew will measure the humidity of the wood prior to installation to ensure that it is at an optimal level.
Schedule Installation
Lastly, our team will work with you to find a good date to start the installation. You will also be given an estimated date and time when your new floor will be ready! If you have any questions or concerns regarding the scheduling, installation process, or completion timeline, our team will be onsite and ready to help. You can also give us a call anytime to speak with a member of our team.
Note: Depending on the additional work and difficulty, there may be a charge for our team to move/remove furniture.
