Sanding
Sanding is a large part of an unfinished hardwood floor installation, a refinishing job, or repair job. In the past, sanding used to be quite a challenge due to rudimentary tools that filled the house with dust and debris. Nowadays, sanding is much easier and cleaner because of the dustless sanding tools and machines we now have available.

Refinishing
What is refinishing and why should it be done?
Refinishing your hardwood floor is a great alternative to replacement. Refinishing can restore worn out flooring, repair water damage, and even change the color of your floor to give it a new feel.
Refinishing is done in 3 easy step‘s:
Solid Hardwood
First, we will remove the remainder of the current finish from the floor with our dust free sanding machines to get down to the actual wood.
Staining
Next, we will stain the wood to whatever color you desire. You can keep the current stain, or give your floor and brand new feel and color.
Finishing
Lastly, we will apply 2 to 3 coats of the protective finish not only to protect and preserve your floor, but to give it that beautiful “new floor” shine!
